1.ASSISTANT MANAGER-IT

Responsibilities
-Work with key business users in SunCity Property Investment Division in exploring and implementing IT Solutions based on business needs
-Manage and supervise IT related projects plus effective post implementation support and enhancement
-Provide effective IT training for business users
-Manage external IT vendors and internal It resources such as software licensing

Requirements
-Possess a Bachelor Degree in IT or related discipline
-At 4 years of working experience especially in an end user IT Department
-A self starter with strong analytical skills and a deep desire to make a positive difference in a winning IT team
-Experience in IFCA or a property ERP system will be added advantage
-Excellent communication skills and command of spoken and written English


2.SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER-PROJECT

Responsibilities
-Involve in project inception, feasibility studies/cost estimate, conceptual design, design development and construction management
-Tender award, monitor site’s work progress, anticipate and resolve problems and contractual disputes
-Submit and follow up with local authorities on approval for planning, building plan and certificate of fitness
-Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and acceptable quality standards.

Requirements
-Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical and Electrical Engineering with min Second Upper Honours
-At least 5 years of working experience in property industry, preferably in project management
-Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
-Keeping up with the latest development in construction technology, statutory requirements, design concept, building contract, building materials and other building and construction industry related issues
-Customer and quality focused.


3.ASSISTANT MANAGER-HUMAN RESOURCES

Responsibilities
-Responsible foe the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including manpower Planning, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations
-Develop and implement strategies HR initiatives in line with organization’s vision and mission with strong and long range plan
-Effectively partner with HR team/line managers /HOD to deliver HR Solutions and ensure consistent HR practices across the properties managed by the company
-Responsible in developing the appropriate HR business plan for all properties managed by the company
-Drive and deploy procedures and policies in all HR areas
-Proactively communicate with respective HR head on operational and HR issues.

Requirements
-At least 5 years of working experience as HR Generalist in managerial role
-Experience in property investment will be an added advantage
-Possess strong business acumen with well developed strategic thinking and planning ability
-Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with all level of people
-Possess good problem solving ,presentation and analytical skills
-Strong command of spoken /written English and Bahasa Malaysia


4.EXECUTIVE-FACILITY MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities
-Provide technical support related to Operations and design of the Lift and Escalator for all Sunway Group properties
-Liaise with contractors/Consultant and other respective authorities related to Lift/Escalator matters
-Assist in the management of the facilities within the Sunway Group.

Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Building Science, Mechanical/Electronic & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
-Min 2 years on site working experience in the management or maintenance of lift/escalator and M & E system for commercial/residential properties
-Previous working experience in one and Otis Escalator and Toshiba Lift will be an advantage
-Possess strong technical knowledge in Lift/Escalator Specification
-Must be resourceful, independent with strong problem solving skill and interpersonal skill
-Must be IT literate and good at MS Applications.
