- Compile the data and information for calling tenders and quotation for engineering works.
- Monitor relevant payment to the contractors including Statement of Final Account.
- Evaluation of quotation bids.
- Prepare Progress Claim and all certificate required such as Certificate of Extension of Time, Certificate of Practical Completion, etc.
- Filing system in daily basis.
- Supervision on the maintenance work done by the contractor at airport level.
- Monitor and compile of all maintenance contracts at airport.
- Undertakes other duties as instructed by Technical Executive.

Requirements:
- Polytechnic certificate in Civil / Mechanical /Electrical / Electronics
- Hands-on skills in maintenance and operational of airport facilities (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
- Working knowledge of contract management
- Working knowledge in managing multiple vendors and contractors
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Main Responsibilities:

2. MANAGER,CORPORATE PLANNING

Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement long-term strategic business plan in line with the overall corporate policies and strategic initiatives of the bank
- To play a key role in conducting industry,market and competitors analyses,data gathering and undertake research assignments and evaluation of the competitive landscape
- To prepare the write-ups for board papers,corporate reporting and conduct business feasibility studies and proposal for reviews
- To plan and implement business improvement projects and evaluation of new business opportunities to improve the competitive edge of the Bank
- To prepare monthly business reports to the board of directors, management committe and other stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- To ensure the best possible advice is provided on corporate planning and policy issues to execute the Banks initiatives
- To monitor the banks achievements against key performance indicators

Requirements:
- A recognised degree from a reputable university
- 10 years of experience in a financial institution with at least 2 years in business planning at a corporate level
- Excellent analytical abilities,sound business acumen and lateral thinking faculties.
- Resourceful,well-developed leadership and team-building qualities
- Project management skills with ability to work under pressure and produce deliverables on schedule
- Consulting experience in strategic management is an added advantage


3. MANAGER,MARKET RISK

Main Responsibilities:
- To identify,monitor and manage market risk and asset-liabilities management risks impact on the bank’s business plans towards compliance with the defined procedures
- To review and recommend improvement in the Market Risk Measurement Framework and Market Risk Management Framework
- To develop valuation models,VaR and other risk measurement methods in order to enable effective trading activities.
- To enhance analytical capabilities on fund transfer pricing, earning-at-risk,net income sensitivity analysis and luquidity analyses for strategizing asset-liability management
- To perform back testing,stress testing and model validation consistently to ensure the continuous credibility of the development models
- To provide recommendation with regards to corrective action on gap limits,liquidity ratios and appropriate risk mitigation instruments in relation to speculate economic conditions and capital market movements
- To ensure all market risk exposures are captured,identified and measured using appropriate methodology for profit and loss measurement and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- A recognised degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Actuary Science or equivalent discipline from reputable university
- Min of 7 years experience in the areas of market and liquidity risk management preferably in banking industry
- SOund technical knowledge of instrument pricing including derivatives.
- High level of numeracy,analytical and strategical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail is essential
- Programming and spreadsheet skills are advantageous
- Experience with risk management systems is desireable.

•Kelulusan minimum Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang Kejuruteraan Elektrik, Elektronik, Mekanikal atau Pembuatan dan sekurang-kurangnya pengalaman 3 – 5 tahun dalam teknologi mesin, PLC, automasi, pneumatics dan preventive maintenance. Pengalaman dalam proses percetakan diberi keutamaan.
•Lelaki, berumur di antara 26 -31 tahun.
•Mempunyai pengetahun dalam TPM dan elemen pelbagai mesin serta sistem elektrikal,
•Mempunyai kemahiran merancang & implementasi, kebolehan memimpin dan menyelesaikan masalah.

14. PELATIH PENCETAK/PEMBANTU PENGELUARAN

Kelayakan:
•Lelaki, pengalaman tidak diperlukan. Latihan dan tunjuk ajar akan diberikan.
•Kelulusan minima SPM atau SKM yang berkaitan. Pemegang Diploma juga adalah dialu-alukan.
•Membantu Operator menjalankan mesin web.
•Memasang plet, menukar blanket dan melaksanakan proses penyediaan percetakan.
•Menentukan segala bahan mentah sebelum proses percetakan disediakan secukupnya.
•Membantu operator dalam membuat penyelenggaraan yang mudah.
•Sanggup bekerja syif, kerja lebih masa seperti yang diarahkan dan mampu bekerja dibawah seliaan yang minima.
•Gaji minima RM 675.00 + OT + elaun yang berkaitan (bergantung kepada pengalaman dan kelulusan)
•Had umur 19 hingga 36 tahun

Kelayakan & Kelulusan :
•Kelulusan minimum SPM. Pemegang Diploma adalah digalakkan. Mempunyai lesen memandu D atau GDL (akan diberi keutamaan).
•Mempunyai lesen memandu D atau B2 yang sah.
•Membantu Eksekutif Pemasaran bagi menjalankan aktiviti-aktiviti promosi seperti ‘product sampling', jualan dan ekspo bergerak.
•Menjaga gerai syarikat, mengedarkan sampel produk percuma atau jualan kepada pengunjung tempat-tempat awam, pameran atau ekspo.
•Bersedia untuk kerja di luar daerah, lebih masa dan pada hari cuti.
•Berpewatakan menarik dan kemas.


16. EKSEKUTIF JUALAN IKLAN - SINAR DAN MAJALAH

•Memiliki kenderaan sendiri dan kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia.
•Boleh bekerja tanpa seliaan, mempunyai komitmen untuk mencapai sasaran jualan. Keutamaan diberikan kepada yang mempunyai rekod jualan yang cemerlang.
•Ganjaran: Gaji asas + elaun + komisen
