1.Deputy Manager - Agency Development & Training
Responsibilities:
• Conduct training for agency force/bank sales team
• Design and identify suitable training modules to meet training needs
• Supervise a team of Senior Executive/ Executive
• Identify strategic initiatives to develop agency force competencies
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in leading a team
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in conducting and designing training programs in financial services industry
• Passionate about training and developing people
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel nationwide and possess own transport
• Ability to work under pressure, long hours and on weekends when required
