1. MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Description:
Plan, coordinate and execute a comprehensive and diversified marketing program to include development and implementation or various promotional ideas and activities to promote IJN services to the local and international market.

Requirements
·Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
·Strong Project management, analytical and problem solving skills.
·Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Oral and written).
·Proficient in Microsoft Office.
·At least 3 years experience including Marketing or Sales.
·Experience in hospitality environmental or financial institution.


2. CLINICAL SPECIALIST

Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• The successful candidates will be assisting the Consultants in the respective divisions:

Cardiothoracic Surgery
In the management of surgical patients both preoperative and post operative. He / She will assist the Consultants in the operating room and perform open heart / closed heart/ thoracic surgery under supervision. The candidates will also be required to provide intensive care management to surgical patients and perform post surgical follow-up in the clinics.

Anaesthesiology & Intensive Care
In administering anaesthesia to patient’s peri-operatively. He / She will also handle intensive care management of patients in the ICU and perform on call duties and ward rounds.

Paediatric Cardiology
He / She will also be required to provide intensive care management for inpatients and outpatient as well as perform call duties for Paediatric cases.

Cardiology
He / She will also be required to provide intensive care management for inpatients and outpatient as well as perform call duties for Cardiology cases

REQUIREMENTS :
• The successful candidates should posses the basic qualification, Doctor of Medicine (MD, MBBS) and registered with the Malaysian Medical Council on top of :

Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Fellowship / Board Certified / Masters in General Surgery

Anaesthesiology & Intensive Care
• Fellowship / Masters in the field of Anaesthesiology and / or Intensive Care

Paediatric Cardiology
• Fellowship / Masters in the field of Paediatrics

Cardiology
• Fellowship / Masters in the field of Cardiology


3. SENIOR MEDICAL OFFICER

Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be assisting the Consultant in the four various divisions, Observation & Emergency and ESP Clinics. He / She will also be required to provide intensive care management for inpatients and outpatients as well as perform call duties and ward rounds.

REQUIREMENTS
• Doctor of Medicine (MD, MBBS, and MBChB) with at least 5 years experience
• Able to assist in cardiac emergencies


4. ACCOUNTANT

Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Reviews & prepares the Group and Companies financial reports and other financial information on a timely basis to assist management to control operations of the Group and Companies, make decisions and plans. Analyzes and highlights exceptions for management attention.
•Reviews and prepare Statutory Accounts and schedules to meet statutory and tax requirements for companies in Group.
•Reviews the payments and ensure the accuracy on cheques issued.
•Review and updates Finance’s policies and procedures.
•Manages the staffs in Financial Accounting Unit.

REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other professional qualification and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants
•5 years experience in accounting and management reporting including 3 years’ supervisory experience
• Working knowledge in using a computerized accounting and business front end systems
•Experience in Group accounts and knowledge in consolidation
•Able to write Management Reports and official letters in English & Bahasa Malaysia
•Writing policies and procedures
•Working knowledge of using spreadsheets and other office applications
•Project Management skill
