1.Administrative Clerk

ROLE PURPOSE:
Assist the Section in performing the general administration of the department to ensure the smooth running of the department.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Manage, maintain, distribution and collection of department’s asset such as the stationery, notebook/LCD, painting, books and others.
2. Manage and maintain the department’s mailing system to record incoming and outgoing mails in the register and E-LOG
3. Manage and maintain the filling system to ensure the filling system is well organized and closely track the movement of files and documents in the compactors and other filing cabinet.
4. Manage and perform other administrative matters in the department.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Credits in Bahasa Malaysia and English at SPM/SPMV Level.
2. Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
3. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

2.Senior Executive - Payment System Policy Department

Role Purpose:
• Assist the Manager in the implementation of strategic plans to promote reliable and efficient Systemically Important Payment System (SIPS).

Principal Responsibilities:
• Coordinate work and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the development or enhancement of initiatives to promote the efficiency of SIPS
• Keep abreast with plans undertaken to meet international standards and best practices in terms of efficiency for SIPS and assist in identifying necessary review
• Assess and provide reports on reliability and efficiency of SIPS operations
• Review clearing and settlement arrangements and procedures to promote efficiency of SIPS
• Asses effectiveness of liquidity and collateral management policies to promote a cost efficient framework for participating financial institutions
• Review and draft responses to international and regional forums in areas relating to efficiency of SIPS
• Coordinate work and communicate collaboration with participating members to promote adoption of common standards in improving efficiency of SIPS

Academic Qualifications / Skills :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Credits in BM, BI and Maths in SPM level
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent

3.Senior Executive - Human Resource Management Department

Role Purpose:
• Assist in ensuring the effective delivery and continuous improvement of the recruitment strategy and process by developing, implementing and enhancing the recruitment strategy, policies and processes.

Principal Responsibilities:
• Implement and administer end-to-end sourcing processes to ensure that the Bank’s manpower requirements are met. The key tasks include short listing, interviewing, selecting and hiring. It also includes briefing to new recruits as part of the assimilation process.
• Monitor vacancies against the number of approved positions to understand the criticality in staffing levels so as to undertake remedial action (i.e. recruitment drive).
• Prepare employment/recruitment related statistical analyses and monthly reports for the Recruitment Manager in order to know the movement of staff and number of vacancies to be filled up.
• Execute placement activities such as verifying data of staff confirmations, resignations, redeployment and retirements
• Implement sourcing initiatives including working with executive search firms, developing job advertisements and conducting campus recruiting activities in order to get the right candidates for the job.
• Continuously study and make recommendations on policies, procedures, guidelines, tool & methods in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment processes.
•Prepare job templates, administer and interpret recruitment and employee assessment tools for effective evaluation and selection of candidates.

Critical Success Factor:
• Good knowledge and understanding on talent management concepts, framework, programmes and initiatives
• Collaborative working relationship with other HR process owners in operationalising and developing talent management infrastructure and system and initiatives
• Commitment & engagement of line departments (resources) in inculcating talent management strategies in the Bank
• Staying abreast with the latest development of career and talent management to ensure the programmes and initiatives are relevant to the Bank’s requirement
• Capability to understand job requirements & competencies required by the line departments and able to assess and match the correct candidates to the correct role/job for business requirements

Key Challenges:
• Managing expectations of various stakeholders in relations to talent management framework and profiling centers and operationalisation of talent management infrastructure and system and initiatives
• Ensuring framework, policy, programmes and initiatives are in line with the Bank’s talent management framework and requirements


Academic Qualifications / Skills :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Marketing/ Economic/ Finance/ Engineering/ Accounting/ Humanities/ or equivalent
• Credit BM, BI and Maths in SPM level
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduate who is interested in human capital are encouraged to apply

4.Senior Executive, Prudential Financial Policy

ROLE PURPOSE: CAPITAL RISK & MANAGEMENT POLICY
Assist in the formulation and the implementation of appropriate and effective capital adequacy frameworks, risk management standards and best practices guidance for financial institutions supervised by BNM

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Undertake research and provide input on appropriate capital adequacy frameworks, risk management standards, and best practices guidance to promote sound financial and business management of financial institutions;
2. Assist in the drafting of the capital framework, risk management standards and other related guidelines;
3. Keep abreast on regulatory and market developments in the financial sector, both in the domestic and international market that have implications on the effective uses of the capital framework, risk management standards and best practices guidance; and make recommendations on appropriate policy responses;
4. Undertake research in areas of possible convergence and commonality among different types of financial institutions (banks, insurance companies and securities firms) with respect to risk management standards and best practices; and provide input for appropriate policy responses;
5. Assist in developing of internal understanding of industry practices on capital and risk management; and
6. Coordinate work and to communicate with internal/external stakeholders such as regional working groups and other regulators on relevant policy initiatives

ROLE PURPOSE: REGULATORY FRAMEWORK & APPLIED RESEARCH
Undertake research, analysis and review in order to facilitate the formulation or implementing of prudential policies which ensure the sound management of financial institutions and support their development

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Undertake research and provide input on appropriate prudential policy to promote sound financial and business practices by financial institutions, including risk management policies that will support robust risk assessments and management within financial institutions;
2. Assist in the drafting of the regulatory framework and other related guidelines;
3. Monitoring regulatory and market developments in the financial sector, both in the domestic and international market to validate/benchmark prudential policies and review/develop policies as appropriate;
4. Coordinate work and communicate with relevant stakeholders on the implementation of new prudential rules, including providing interpretations thereon;
5. Assist in the review of 'new-to-market' financial products/transactions to assess prudential policy and system-wide risk implications and address emerging issues through prudential policy development as appropriate; and
6. Undertake research and surveys to gauge the impact and effectiveness of prudential regulations.

-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Risk Management or Regulatory Compliance.
