2.Warehouse System Support (IT)
1.IT Executive (Selangor - Shah Alam)
-Provide production support and resolve issues,liaise with vendor for problem solving
-Assist in the implementation of projects or infrastructure initiative
-Microsoft Share point portal,document management solutions and IT knowledge based development,administration and support
-Coordinate & Perform testing,backup & recovery of Microsoft share point portal
-Work closely with superior to manage the IT administrative,PMO functions efficiently
-Support user acceptance testing and implementation
-Provide accurate and timely update on work status to team leader
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
-Knowledge in ITIL,IT best practice,experience in internet and web related technologies,good business process knowledge will be added advantage
-Able to work in a team environment
-Good analytical,problem solving skill,Systematic,organise an good interpersonal skills
-Capable of working under own initiative,under pressure and to tight deadlines
-3 years total working experience in IT support
2.Warehouse System Support (IT) (Selangor - Shah Alam and Sepang)
-To provide 1st level support in systems and hardware (back end and front end)
-To investigate, resolve or escalate issues to appropriate support level.
-Liaise with IT Helpdesk to ensure issues are proper handled with priority based on the impact level of business.
-To prepare daily reports that are required by store operation.
-Responsible for keeping track of IT asset both hardware and software.
-Participate and assist in stock take activity.
-Must be prepared to work in a high pressure environment and to be fully responsible for communicating with users on the status update.
-Possess minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalents.
-A basic knowledge of hardware, network and business application.
-Good inter-personal and communication skills.
-Good customer service skills and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
-Able to set priority to handle cases base on the business impact.
-Able to work shift and extra hours.
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Warehouse experiences required
