We are Malaysia’s leading education & training organization, which comprises of a nationwide group of colleges, a university college, a leading international training franchise and a solution provider. Our company is now on an aggressive expansion mode and we seek suitable candidates to fill the following vacancy in our Head Office, Kuala Lumpur.

(Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Raja Laut)

-Work closely with the Vice President of the Business Development Division to direct and manage the Product Development Department.
-Responsible for planning and developing the marketing strategy for a current products and services.
-Responsible to lead the team to analyze the current market trend to develop strategic marketing strategies to penetrate into new segment of the current market.
-Estimate the cosumer demand for the current company's products and services,identify potential customers and periodically,review costing to current company' products and services to ensure current products and services are cost competitive.
-Perform ongoing product development research through participating in industry committees, attending industry trade shows, direct customer contact / meetings, surveys, journals, sales evaluations,monitoring competitors and industry trends,store visits and vendor contact.
-Work with other units in the company to ensur newly develope products/services are developed to the highest quality and meet the required compliance with the local authority or regulatory body.

-Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Studies/Management or equivalent.Experience in education and training industry will be an added advantage.
-Minimum of 3 years of working experiences in the related field.
-Knowledge in ICT industry and IT savvy.
-Experience in conducting market research, product development and competitive analysis.
-Ability to simultaneously manage several projects.
-Excellent management and leadership skills.
-Managers must be increasingly versatile and keep up to date with the education industry.


(Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Raja Laut)

-Conceptualize and execute Company’s integrated marketing communications strategies and activities.
-Handles design and production of marketing collaterals i.e. catalogues posters, brochures, banners & etc.
-Handles internal and external communications i.e. newsletters, company’s website, corporate presentations & etc.
-Coordinate public relations activities, trade shows and corporate events & etc.
-Develop media and public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness.
-To assist and support in marketing related tasks.

-Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
-Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
-Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other language is an added advantage.
-Skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
-Candidate is expected to have a mature personality and able to work independently.
-Dynamic, possess creativity skills and result oriented will be an added advantage.
-Possess own transport and willing to travel.
-Full-Time positions available.
