-Manning the reception and ensuring all calls are attended to.
-Coordinate and distribute mails from internal and external parties.
-Assist in administrative duties which include updating entension list and company addresses nationwide.
-Support recruitment activities during interviews.
-Monitor and schedulling of meeting rooms.
-Produce the Daily Incoming Calls Analysis Report
-At least SPM level qualification/Diploma in any field.
-Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar capacity. -Experience in PABX system would be an added advantage.
-Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office Applications.
-Timely response to request for information, service, and assistance.
-Pleasant personality with good working attitude.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Good attitude, hardworking, reponsible, committed and able to multi-task.
-Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
