As part of our expansion plan, we invite ambitious, open-minded and driven individuals to fill the following position:
1.Customer Service Representative (CSR), Maybankard Centre One Utama, Card Member Interactions
-Ensure effective implementation of strategy to understand and meet customer needs and service expectations.
-To provide customer service with speed and accuracy in meeting delivery standards.
-Implementing high standards of productivity and giving prompt and accurate information towards customer satisfaction and within the service standard set.
-Ensure compliance to process and procedures to all audit standard.
-To attend training to improve product knowledge and upgrading skill to achieve maximum productivity.
-To improve and understand the customer expectation.
-Ensure seamless experience to walk-in customers and provide first visit resolution to customers enquiry and problem.
-Efficient and effective management of complaint and dispute to ensure primary objective of giving quality and efficient service is met.
-Ensure effective implementation of strategy to improve speed and accuracy in meeting delivery standards.
-Ensuring high standards of productivity are implemented while prompt and accurate information are given towards customer satisfaction and within the service standard set. The Challenge is inadequate training as team members are mostly new.
-Manage reception area with the objective of maintaining conducive reception area.
-Degree holder from a reputable Institution of Higher Learning (with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper, or a CGPA score of 2.75 and above).
-Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
-Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Able to perform work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines, independent and a good team player.
-Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
-Must be able to work on shift hours.
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
