Jawatan Kosong Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB)

Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB), a wholly owned subsidiary of Yayasan Palaburan Bumiputera (YPB) who acts as an intermediary body mainly responsible in overseeing funding activities for government agencies, companies and individuals is involved in the development of local bumiputera entrepreneurs, in strategic business in order to create a dynamic, competent and progressive Bumiputera Commercial and Industrial Community (BCIC). Due to our current expansion plan, PUNB invites qualified, dynamic and result oriented individuals for the following positions :

1. Business Development Executive
2. Company Secretary/Head of Company Secretary and Governance Department
3. Prosper Retail Venture Executive
4. Prosper Retail Care Executive
5. Corporate Advisory and Monitoring Executive


1. Business Development Executive

Requirements:
-Degree in International Business / Business Administrations Economics or equivalent.
-Candidates with minimum 2 years exposure in the business development aspects or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
-Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English language both written and verbal and good report writing ability is necessary.
-Computer literate.
-Contract position for a period of 1 – 2 years with opportunity to be absorbed as permanent staff.

2. Company Secretary/Head of Company Secretary and Governance Department

Requirements:
-ICSA holder or Degree in Corporate Administration or MIA Member with at least 5 years relevant working experience.
-Good interpersonal skills, strong initiative and able to work under strict deadlines.
-Hands-on experience in preparing announcements, preparation of board meetings and minutes of meetings.
-Well versed with the Companies Act, Securities Act and other related laws and regulations.
-Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and verbal.
-Computer literate.
-This is contract position for a period of 1-2 years with the opportunity to grow with the company as a permanent staff.

3. Prosper Retail Venture Executive

Requirements:
-Degree in Accounting, Insurance, Business Administration or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 years experience in audit firm or financial institutions with exposure to evaluation of business proposals will be an added advantage.
-Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English language both written and verbal.
-A team player with ability to work with minimum supervision, possess good interpersonal skills and initiative, willing to travel outstation.
-Computer literate.
-Candidates with exposure in the retail sector are encouraged to apply.
-Contract position for a period of 1 – 2 years with opportunity to be absorbed as permanent staff.

4. Prosper Retail Care Executive

Requirements:
-Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 years experience in audit firm or financial institutions with exposure in areas of turnaround and monitoring business performance.
-Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English language both written and verbal.
-A team player with ability to work with minimum supervision, possess good interpersonal skills and initiative, willing to travel outstation.
-Computer literate.
-Candidates with exposure in the retail/wholesale/automotive sector are encouraged to apply.
-Contract position for a period of 1 – 2 years with opportunity to be absorbed as permanent staff.

5. Corporate Advisory and Monitoring Executive

Requirements:
-Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting/ Business Administration/Economy or equivalent.
-2 years experience in credit evaluation/monitoring in commercial/development banking sector or related experience, external/internal auditing or accounting in manufacturing/services concerns.
-Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English language both written and verbal
-Good business writing, accounting skills and good business knowledge would be highly advantageous.
-Knowledge of Co.’s Act 1965/Corporate Governance is an added advantage.
-A team player with ability to work with minimum supervision, possess good interpersonal skills and initiative, willing to travel outstation.
-Contract position for a period of 1-2 years with opportunity to be absorbed as permanent staff.
